Tree Traders started out as a family business, known as Kiepersol Nursery, more than 35 years ago, on a farm on the outskirts of Rustenburg in the North West Province of South Africa.
The harvesting and relocation business started when trees were needed for the development of the Sun City complex.
Various trees, including Baobab and Ficus Thoningii trees of up to 40 tons and 12m high were sourced and relocated for this project.
During 1995 a decision was made to divide the family business and a new Close Corporation called Cussonia Treescapes was formed.
Kiepersol Nursery carried on as a full time production nursery growing trees and Cussonia Treescapes CC relocated to Pretoria and specialize in big trees
Cussonia Treescapes trade as Tree Traders and specialize in the supply and relocation of big trees for the wholesale and retail industry.
Our wholesale nursery is situated in Pretoria, on the corner of Silver Lakes Drive and Ferreira Road, Hazeldean.
